Things have always come easy to Skyler. She has a successful career, a loving fiance, an amazing best friend, and a beautiful home by the lake in Jameson Heights. But it all threatens to come crashing down when she meets Gabriel, a small town musician with a questionable past who came from nothing and finds himself quickly rising to fame. They're both living versions of the American Dream, so why don't they feel fulfilled?
